One for the book

Yesterday one of my residents complained about rats and large shadows of men in his room. His medication will be reviewed.

We did well on the state inspection. We had to provide a few documents yesterday. but it appears we will not receive any deficiencies.

My leg kept me up a good part of last night. When I lay down, an area on my leg that has scare tissue about 2 inches from where I injured it kept hurting. I never had shingles but it felt like what people have described to me. It starts with a slight tingle and then some pain then a burst of pain and all the feeling seems to be on the surface of the skin.
