Sinus

I have been fighting a sinus problem for about a week now. It's really getting old. Mornings are the worst. I need to get some cold outdoor work that always seems to help. That is based on a theory that germs cannot survive when you breath in extremely cold air. Na, I will stick with the sinus problem. Anyone have a tissue?
