Looking for ideas

What do you find yourself needing help with on a regular basis that you would hire someone to do if that person was available. You have heard about the office girl they called Girl Friday, because she was the one who would handle everything. I want to be Guy Friday. Somewhat like a personal assistant for you & your home. Like if you were to be getting a new washer and had to work and could not accept delivery. Would you ever consider hiring someone to do that.? Or if you were out of town and needed someone to check your house. I am thinking in the lines of a glorified handyman, sort of like a concierge service. Things like dropping your car off a the dealership when you can't. Cleaning the garage when it has become more than you can handle. Hauling your flats of flowers when you don't have the means to do so. What do you think? Would you pay $30.00 to have someone check on your house. every week, or month?
