My back of my neck & head stiffen up. When I got home I took my blood pressure. I took five readings averaged 82 over 48 called the doctor and he said don't take the medication for high blood pressure and monitor your blood pressure. Da! The thing that worries me the most was an irregular heartbeat. It did not return to normal till some time after 2 am this morning. This morning my bp is ok and heart beat is strong & regular. I think I will call the doc again today and make an appointment. And if it happens to day I am going to seek emergency medical help.
