Last night Andy left us after a three day visit. As usual we say give us a call when you get home. Well, he did, sort of. His cell phone went dead when we picked up the receiver. So, we call him back, voice mail. Again we call, voice mail. Andy not having a land line makes the cell phone important. What am I going to do? I used to communicate with the kids in the early years of college with MSN instant messenger. For some reason the new generation switched to AOL IM. So the point of all this. Instead of worrying all night I went to the computer, opened up an AOL account and typed in Andy's username which was still on our computer screen. And just as I did he log on And I asked if he was home. Which of coarse he was. A new meaning for Diane & I of computer back-up.

I should put more trust in God. and less in technology.
When God uses his form of instant messaging we should heed the message.
