I am finding it hard to move today, Yesterday I worked and wasn't doing to bad till about 4:00. That's when the spasm started and the extreme pain begun. Today I am afraid will have to be a non work day. I will go pick up some material in Monroe this morning but if things don't improve that will be it. If I sit still or lay still it's not to bad, but if I twist or bend It really hurts. I have been here before it just needs time and rest. Our little trip South next week may be in jeopardy. Right now unloading a trailer full of stuff isn't high on my list. More Motrin please!
