I have my ninety days in at Baptist Village. It's evaluation time and I have evaluated that I like the job. I am planning to approach the wage issue today. So prayers are in order. I am planning the honest approach that always seems to work best. I have received one increase in the first ninety days but, I was told at my hiring that we we discuss the wage issue after the first ninety day's. It would be great to get close to industry standards for the position.
