I owe I owe it's off to work I go!

I start a new project today. It's always interesting, you find the things you missed when you bid the job and formulate a new job plan different from the one you have planned in your head.
In my business schedules are always in a state of flux. So many things can change. Most of the time everything adapts and things go great. The enemy is a day lost. On small projects a day lost can be the difference between profit or loss.
